This package starts with a full-scale assessment of your symptoms and health concerns. From this assessment, we will determine the focal areas for healing
and devise a customized, full healing plan. As a holistic healing process, we may
uncover additional areas needing support as we get to the root causes of your signs
and symptoms. We will work together to address additional areas as our goal is full and
final healing.

This all-inclusive package includes:

• In-Home Visits: Your physical environment is pivotal to your healing and home visits are an opportunity for us to work together to align your space with your healing intentions. These home visits will be scheduled bi-weekly, at your convenience and level of comfort, and will provide an opportunity for us to check-in, discuss your progress, drop off medicine and supplies, demonstrate medicinal protocols and healing rituals, and do an overall energy check.

• Custom Cleansing Protocol: Your body is designed to heal itself naturally. For it to do so, we must get it back to its most natural state. All healing begins with cleansing our bodies from the inside out. Along with cleansing our bodies, healing requires us to detoxify our minds and spirits. This package includes a custom cleansing protocol to optimize your body, mind, and spirit for healing.

• Custom Eating Plan: Food is our first medicine. What we consume daily either aids in our healing or keeps us sick. After cleansing your body, it is imperative to maintain its optimization by nurturing it with fresh, organic, whole foods. This package includes a custom eating plan that considers your unique needs and sets you up for long-term success. The goal of the eating plan is to lovingly nurture your body with foods that are life-giving, delicious, culturally sustaining, and that can be enjoyed for your lifelong health and wellness.

• Custom Herbal Medicines: Herbs (plant allies) work with your mind, body, and spirit to help you heal fully and naturally. They also support you in maintaining your ongoing health and wholeness. This package includes all teas, tinctures, topical solutions, and other formulations specifically curated to support your unique and personal healing journey.

• Custom Healing Rituals: The journey to healing is a sacred opportunity to come home to yourself—mind, body, and spirit.  When you heal yourself, you heal your entire lineage. This package includes custom healing rituals designed to honor this sacred journey and to engulf you with love. Whether it’s journaling, sound bathing, meditation, or preparing and enjoying special teas, the goal of healing rituals is to create indulgent, self-love practices to ease your mind, relax your body, and soothe your soul.

• Text/Telephone Check-Ins: The healing process is complex and sometimes unpredictable. Being in tune with your energy and progress—mind, body, and spirit—allows me to fully support you in your healing journey. These check-ins can be daily or just a couple times a week, depending on your level of comfort, and will allow us to stay connected between home visits and ensure that you have everything that you need.
