Guided Cleanse and Nutritional Reset (Invitation Only Offer)

This offering starts with an assessment of your current lifestyle including your work-life, familial and personal obligations, and your diet and exercise practices. From this assessment, we will devise specific goals for cleansing and resetting your body.

Over the course of the 12 weeks, you will receive guidance and support in cleansing your body, restructuring your daily diet, and incorporating joyful movement to sustain your new lifestyle. You will learn how to use food and movement as medicine, along with herbal formulations to support your life-long health and wellness.
