"Kitchen Medicine": Live, Virtual Workshop

Food is our first medicine! Learn how to make medicine for you and your family using ingredients from your kitchen. During this live, hands-on virtual workshop, I will walk you through making medicine for this upcoming fall/winter season. That’s right, by the end of this workshop you will have homemade medicine ready to use! 

This will be a time of community-building and learning to reclaim our health and the health of our families!

Once you register/pay, you will receive an email with a Zoom invitation, additional instructions and tips for preparation, and a list of supplies(most things you will already have in your pantry).
