Refund & Return Policy
At Ancestors Bosom, each offering is prepared and shared with care, intention, and respect for the work it holds. Because of the nature of our products, most sales are final. Please review the guidelines below before making your purchase.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-consumable items only.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• You must have proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please email healing@ancestorsbosom.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our work, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Herbal products (teas, tinctures, oils, soaks, syrups, honey, etc.)
• Custom formulations and made-to-order blends
• Opened or used items
• Workshop tickets, consultations, readings, or session-based offerings
• Sale items and gift cards
All ingestible and body products are final sale for safety and integrity reasons.
Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at healing@ancestorsbosom.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We will assess and make it right through a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition, with proof of purchase. The same exclusions for herbal and custom products apply.
