Jeanine is an Ancestral Medicine Woman who specializes in healing the mind and the spirit, which ultimately leads to total body wellness. She combines her background in psychology and human development with her knowledge of herbal medicine and ancestral healing modalities to support her clients in building and sustaining healthy, whole, spiritually-aligned lives.

As an Ancestral Medicine Woman, Jeanine acknowledges the power of your body and the sovereignty of your mind and spirit. She nor any herbal formulations or ancestral healing modalities that she provides are responsible for healing your body, mind, or spirit. Healing is a natural function of your personhood. Herbs and ancestral healing modalities support you in accessing your natural healing powers.

 

Healing the Black Woman- Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Her spiritual assignment is to be a container of rest and peace and to guide and hold space for Black women as they take the sacred journey back to their highest selves.

Jeanine has a wide range of experience supporting women in all stages of life, but has been particularly called to serve high-achieving, over-functioning Black women who feel like they have to carry the world and have it all together — these women represent the exact journey that Jeanine went on. 

She was just like you.

Highly educated, “successful”, and appearing to have it all together, but deep down we both know that although we look like everything is in order, on the inside, we feel misaligned, and are drowning in guilt, fear, anxiety, and burnout.

Our mission is to completely transform your experience, and hold space for you. 

Jeanine knows what it is like to live that way, and as a result has made it her mission to liberate other women from this vicious cycle, so that they too, can achieve peace, health, and ultimately FREEDOM.

Not only has Jeanine dedicated her entire life to this mission, she has LIVED this mission, and knows exactly what it is like to completely transform and live life fully embodying rest, peace, healing, wholeness, and her highest self, and she wants the same for you.

As mother, sister, eldest daughter, and partner, Jeanine understands that to truly liberate and support Black women, we have to also address the health and well-being of their partners, children, and families. 

With this in mind, Ancestors Bosom centers the health and well-being of the entire Black family. We are committed to helping you reconnect with ancestral wisdom and ways of living and to naturally improve your health. Our ultimate goal is to help you build and sustain generational health and generational wealth.

• An Apothecary that specializes in herbal formulations that reduce stress, soothe and calm the spirit, that rebalance the nervous system, and that renew and restore the body.
• 1:1 Healing Support, Intuitive Coaching, and Spiritual Guidance where Jeanine works with clients as an intuitive healer and coach— assisting them as they align personally and professionally— mind, body, and spirit.
• Thought Leadership and Education about ancestral wisdom and ways of living through various social media platforms and partnering with aligned organizations, conferences, and community events.
• A Virtual Community that hosts workshops, classes, networking, and social events that are curated to support Black women and their families in their healing journeys.
