Join us for a hands-on, interactive workshop where you’ll create your own custom herbal blend using a curated selection of herbs traditionally used to uplift the spirit, support vitality, and encourage emotional and energetic balance. Guided by both practical knowledge and intuitive selection, you’ll work with herbs that nourish, energize, and restore while creating a blend aligned with your personal needs and intentions.

In this intimate gathering, we will explore herbal allies associated with joy, creativity, vitality, and emotional well-being while reconnecting with the simple practice of working with plants as everyday support.
