Why Work With Me

I bring over 20 years of experience as a writer, educator, and coach. I hold a PhD in Language, Literacy, and Culture, and for more than two decades, I guided students, professionals, and leaders to refine their voices, clarify their messages, and bring their work into the world with impact.

As an Ancestral Medicine Woman, I weave together expertise in writing with ancestral wisdom, spiritual guidance, and holistic support — creating a coaching space where your words are nurtured from both craft and soul.

How It Works

We begin with a 90-minute consultation ($300) where we explore your project, writing goals, challenges, and needs. You’ll receive immediate feedback, clarity on your next steps, and recommendations for a personalized path forward.

After the consultation, I’ll design a coaching/editing pathway tailored to you — whether that looks like:

  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching sessions to support your writing rhythm.
  • Developmental editing on manuscripts, chapters, or essays.
  • A blend of guidance, accountability, and craft development.

Each client’s journey is unique — and so is the pricing. Packages are designed to reflect the depth of support and editing required. Your $300 consultation fee will be credited toward your chosen package if you decide to move forward.
