Holistic Health Assessment

This option is ideal for clients who are looking to improve their health and wellness, but are not sure where to begin. This option is also suited for clients who are ready to take charge of their health and do not need 1:1 coaching, but would like professional guidance to get started.

This is a full-scale assessment of your overall health--body, mind, and spirit. In addition to any current symptoms and health concerns, we will discuss your entire lifestyle including your work-life, familial and personal obligations, along with your diet, exercise, and self-care practices. We will also discuss your health and wellness goals.

From this assessment, you will receive a written report including recommendations for lifestyle adjustments and herbal protocols to support you in optimizing your health. 

With this information you have the option of purchasing herbal formulations from our apothecary and/or signing on for one of our 1:1 healing support packages. Should you choose to sign-on for a 1:1 healing support, the cost of this assessment will be credited towards your package.
