Who Am I And Where Am I Going?: A Gathering for Reflection and Becoming

“Tell me about yourself.”

Many of us have answered that question more times than we can count. And often, the answer shifts depending on who is asking.

But what happens when we turn the question inward?

Join us for a three-hour experiential gathering that turns the question inward. Guided by therapist Amenah Arman and supported by ancestral medicine woman and spiritual herbalist Jeanine L. Williams, you’ll explore the person beneath the roles, expectations, and identities collected along the way.

Herbs will serve as allies throughout the experience, supporting opening, grounding, release, reflection, and becoming. You’ll be invited to listen inward, engage in guided practices, and create a custom herbal blend inspired by what emerges for you.

The Experience

Together, we’ll move through three phases:

MIRROR, MIRROR.
Name and explore the labels you’ve been carrying, supported by herbs that invite openness and authentic expression.

THE SPACE BETWEEN.
Practice setting those labels down and creating space for what remains. Grounding breathwork and herbal allies will support release and reflection.

WHO AM I BECOMING?
Turn toward what is emerging through guided meditation and reflection, then create a custom herbal blend inspired by what you want to carry forward.

You won’t leave with another label to place upon yourself. Instead, you’ll leave with greater clarity about what you want to carry forward, what you’re ready to set down, and where you want to go from here.

Your Experience Includes

• A closing spiritual blessing and intuitive reading from Jeanine

No prior experience is needed. This is an educational, reflective, and experiential community gathering and is not therapy or clinical treatment.

Your Facilitators

Amenah Arman, NCC, LGPC, is a Palestinian therapist with MindFull Healing Collective whose work lives at the intersection of art, story, and healing. This gathering is inspired by her longer therapy intensive of the same name, thoughtfully adapted here as a community experience.

Jeanine L. Williams, PhD, is an ancestral medicine woman, spiritual herbalist, intuitive healer, and founder of Ancestors Bosom Herbal Apothecary. Her work weaves ancestral wisdom, plant medicine, and intuitive guidance with a grounding in psychology and human development to create spaces for remembrance, healing, and deeper connection with self.
